Zamas Lam joined QPS in 2000 as Account Manager and has served in a variety of business-related functions with increasing responsibility. His responsibility ranged from technical support, leading the business development function, and all RFx-related activities. Lam is currently responsible for long term strategic planning and technical marketing.
Prior to joining QPS, Zamas spent eight years in the DuPont Company working in various technical and supervisory roles before transitioning to a business assignment. While in DuPont Haskell Lab, he led the bioanalytical function, served on an ECETOC task force and interdisciplinary teams associated with investigative toxicology and published in areas related to mass spectrometry, structural immunochemistry, drug metabolism and biotransformation. Zamas received his Ph.D. in carbohydrate mass spectrometry from the University of British Columbia and his post-doctoral training in gylcoproteins from the Harvard University School of Public Health.
